CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In the next field, you will see the amount that will be charged in case of cancellation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, click the link at the bottom of the confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions. In the case of reservations that include reservation costs, these will not be refundable. We advise you that, if you need to cancel a reservation, you do so as soon as possible.
Annulment expenses:
Once your reservation is made, 100% of it will be charged and will not be refundable. In case of cancellation, if you paid in whole or in part for the reservation online, the amount will be refunded less cancellation fees, except for non-cancellable non-refundable offers. The non-refundable rate implies an advance payment, with the full amount charged at any time.
VAT:
The indicated prices include VAT. The tourist tax and/or local taxes may be requested as a supplement.
ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME:
Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below. On the day of your departure, you must leave the room or apartment before the time indicated below. Otherwise, an additional night may be charged. We recommend that you use the "Remarks or additional information" field of the form to indicate your expected arrival time, especially if it is late.

Opening and reception hours: Reception open 24 hours a day.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION:
In the next field, indicate the amount necessary to confirm and guarantee your reservation. Payments will be made with one of the cards indicated below, through our secure Internet pages. Your bank card details will be encrypted with up to 128-bit SSL protocol. Extras (bar, telephone, etc.) not specifically mentioned as included in the price will be paid at the property.
